## How to Brew the Perfect Cup of Chikmagalur Estate Coffee
Whether you prefer bold espresso shots or smooth filter coffee, our beans are versatile and freshly roasted to bring out the best in every method.
🇮🇳 South Indian Filter Coffee(have to try)
**You’ll need:**
- South Indian filter
- Medium-fine coffee powder
- Hot water
- Milk & sugar (optional)
**Steps:**
1. Add 3–4 tsp of coffee into the top chamber.
2. Gently tamp with the plunger.
3. Pour hot water over the powder.
4. Cover and let it slowly drip (~15–20 mins).
5. Mix decoction with hot milk (and sugar if you like).
6. Froth it up by pouring back and forth between tumblers.

☕️ French Press (Recommended)
**You’ll need:**
- French press
- Coarse ground coffee
- Hot water
**Steps:**
1. Add 1:15 ratio (e.g., 20g coffee to 300ml water).
2. Pour hot water evenly over coffee grounds.
3. Stir and let steep for 4 minutes.
4. Press plunger down slowly.
5. Serve and sip slow.

### 🫖 Pour Over (V60/Chemex)
**You’ll need:**
- Pour-over device
- Medium-fine ground coffee
- Filter paper
- Gooseneck kettle
**Steps:**
1. Rinse filter with hot water.
2. Add 20g coffee, 320ml hot water.
3. Bloom for 30s, then pour in circles.
4. Total brew time: ~3 mins.
